Thomas (Tim) Marlow Barr Jr.

Born in Wilmington North Carolina son of Thomas and Camilla Barr.

Graduated in finance from the University of North Florida. Veteran of the United States Air Force

Greatest accomplishment, staying positive through the last 9 years. Always having a positive drive to live, he was a fighter! He had an infectious smile even when times were tough and appreciated everyone who helped him.

Survived by his daughters Brandye Jackson and Sheri Morissette, brothers Scott and Grady Barr,  grandchildren (Sheri) Lauren, Brittany, Sophie (Brandye) Drayden, Darius and Malakai.

Special thanks to Dr Pearson who always advocated for him. Tiauna McDuffy steadfastly visited everyday, and Jennifer Blessner who provided excellent nursing care for over 6 years.

Kudos to Tom for ‘STAYING THE COURSE’ and lasting as long as he could. He certainly ‘aged with dignity and grace [not to MENTION GOOD LOOKS!] I know his family and close friends will miss his positive attitude [reflected in the sparkle in his eyes], his forbearance in the face of his illness and his sense of humor!!
