On August 23, 2025, the world lost a truly kind soul when Terry Singer, 53, of Largo, Florida, passed away. Born August 17, 1972, in Detroit, Michigan, Terry was a man who lived with a genuine heart and a gentle spirit.
Terry spent his life building things—both as a skilled construction contractor and through the love and memories he created with his family. He found joy in life’s simple pleasures: listening to music, watching NASCAR races, time with his late dog Jax, watching the sunset at the beach with his little girl, and playing with his grandson.
Those who knew Terry will always remember his kindness, his compassion, and the way he made people laugh. He leaves behind his mother, Mary; his sisters, Tina, Scarlett, and Rebecca; his beloved little girl, Victoria; and his grandson, Dallas, who brought him endless pride and joy.
Though his time here was far too short, Terry’s memory will live on in every project he built, every sunset remembered, every photograph he was in, and in the hearts of those who loved him most.

I loved Terry as my own grandfather. If you knew him, you knew he opened arms to everyone! Victoria (his granddaughter/daughter) and I are best friends and he treated me as if I was his own granddaughter. He was such a light and I’m truly blessed to say I’ve got to know him for the last 13 years. May he rest in peace.
