Terri H. Foster, age 69, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, at Sturgill Hospice House, surrounded by her family.

Born on May 6, 1956, in Forest Park, Georgia, Terri was the daughter of James Helms Sr. and Eileen Helms. She married the love of her life, Randy Foster, on April 16, 1977, in Miami Lakes, Florida. Together they shared 48 wonderful years of marriage filled with love and laughter.

Terri is survived by her husband, Randy Foster; their two sons, David and Nicholas Foster; and her four beautiful granddaughters.

Terri dedicated her life to caring for others as a proud and compassionate nurse. Her commitment to her patients and colleagues was reflective of her empathy and kindness. Terri’s proudest achievement was not only her years of service in the medical field, but also the joy of raising her two sons, who continue to honor her legacy through their own lives and families.

A committal service will be held at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.

Terri will be remembered for her compassion, her strength, and the love she shared so freely. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
