Jeffrey Wayne Anderson, 62, of Oldsmar, Florida, peacefully entered the presence of Jesus on May 26th, 2026 after a brave battle with cancer. Jeff was born on August 20, 1962, to Neil and Nancy (Hensley) Anderson, in Delaware, Ohio.

Jeff was the youngest of 4 siblings and moved to Florida as a teenager. Jeff graduated from Dunedin High School and eventually went on to work at the Pinellas County School Board for 32 years.

Jeff leaves behind his beloved husband Joseph McElroy, his mother Nancy Hensley Baker, his siblings Myron Anderson and Susan Northrup Palmer, sisters-in-law Cici Anderson and Irene Anderson, nieces Carrie Gobish and Rachel Northup, nephews B.J. Anderson and Ben Northrup.

He was preceded in death by his father Neil Anderson, his brother Brian J. Anderson and his half brother Dale Crist.

The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the caregivers and medical professionals who cared for Jeff with such compassion and dignity. We are especially thankful for the devoted green team at Suncoast Hospice.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, June 14th from 2:00-6:00 at 7257 118th Cir N. Pinellas Park, FL.
