Isaac Wayne Mullis, age 45, of Temple Terrace, Florida, passed away on May 30, 2025. Born on December 5, 1979, in Clearwater, Florida, he lived a life filled with passion and generosity.

He is survived by his father, Mark Mullis; his sister, Melanie Braccia; his aunt, Gail Johnson; and his beloved long-term partner, Morgan Miele. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vicki Mullis, whose memory he carried with him always.

Isaac lived a life of service—both to his country while in the military, and to those around him. He would give the shirt off his back, or his last dollar to help someone in need, even if it meant going without. He was outgoing, vibrant, and had a natural gift for connecting with people from all walks of life.

Isaac was an avid soccer enthusiast, passionately supporting the US Men’s and Women’s National Teams, as well as Manchester United. His love for the sport began in childhood, playing soccer with pride throughout high school, and carried through to his adult life. Besides soccer, he was a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, enjoyed playing pickleball, and even the occasional game of golf.

His hobbies reflected his joyful personality. He was a lifelong fan of Marvel and Star Wars, and never passed up a chance to ride a roller coaster or enjoy a good slice of pizza—his favorite food. He was especially proud of attending school for his bachelor’s degree from Colorado Technical University, and being honored with the “best” award from his employer in both 2023 and 2024. In 2022, Isaac celebrated a meaningful personal milestone when he was baptized, a moment that was very important to him.

Known lovingly as “Uncle Isaac” by Morgan’s nieces and nephews, he had a special bond with children and was a natural at making them feel loved. His warmth, humor, and big heart left a lasting impression on everyone who had the joy of knowing him.

Celebration of Life will be held in Isaac’s honor at Philippe Park, Shelter #2, located at 2525 Philippe Parkway, Safety Harbor, FL 34695, on July 13th, at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to gather and share memories of Isaac.

Isaac will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
