Donald L. Turner, 84, of Largo, Florida, passed away peacefully at home. Born January 11, 1941, in Johnson City, New York, he was the son of Arvilla (Frisbie) and Clyde Turner.

Don married Christine Kramer on May 22, 1982, in Endicott, New York, and together they shared 43 years of partnership, laughter, and family.

He worked as a machinist for BIC and Kodak, and earlier served as a truck driver in the United States Army in 1959. Don was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Chenango Bridge, New York.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Frank Turner, and his sisters Loretta Barbour and May Lindsey.

Don is survived by his wife Christine; his children Steve Turner of Deerfield Beach, FL; Barbara Turner of New Port Richey, FL; Phillip Turner of Largo, FL; Grant Turner of Fishhawk, FL; and Nick Turner of Largo, FL; as well as five grandchildren who meant the world to him.

He enjoyed restoring cars, watching cowboy movies, listening to music, and spending time with his grandchildren—moments that brought him genuine joy.

Services will be announced at a later time.
