Carol Lucas was born on February 22, 1943 in the Bronx, New York to Louis and Yetta Ernano. She passed away on July 29, 2021 in St. Petersburg, Florida at the age of 78. She is survived by her son Frank Romboy of New York. Her arrangements are with Best Care Cremation.
