Bartolo “Bart” Pizzimenti
Bartolo Pizzimenti, a cherished soul known for his gentle spirit and ever-present smile, passed away on March 19, 2026, at the age of 90. He spent his final days surrounded by the comfort and care of Madison Pointe Care Center in New Port Richey. His departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Born on September 29, 1935, in the picturesque town of Terasini, Italy, Bart was the beloved son of Antonio and Rosalia (Randazzo) Pizzimenti. From an early age, he exhibited a kindness and warmth that would become hallmarks of his character throughout his life. His upbringing in Italy imbued him with a deep appreciation for family and community, values that he carried with him when he later moved to the United States.
Bart was a man who greeted each day with a smile and never had a harsh word for anyone. His gentle demeanor and compassionate nature endeared him to everyone he met. Whether it was during a casual conversation or a heartfelt exchange, his ability to listen and offer kindness was a gift to all who crossed his path.
A devoted husband, Bart is survived by his loving wife, Pauline (Mayencourt) Pizzimenti. Together, they built a life filled with love and shared memories, becoming an inspiration to those around them. His family was his pride and joy, and he cherished the moments spent with his loved ones, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Bart was predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Rosalia, as well as his beloved daughter, Rosalie Anne Huber Pizzimenti. While the loss of Rosalie deeply affected him, his resilience and faith in the enduring bond of family provided solace and strength.
A man of simple pleasures, Bart had a passion for playing cards. It was more than just a pastime; it was a way for him to connect with others and share in the joy of camaraderie. His friends and family often gathered around the card table, drawn by his infectious laughter and the joy that radiated from him.
Bart’s legacy is one of love, kindness, and unwavering positivity. He was a man who saw the good in everyone and in every situation, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. His spirit will live on in the stories shared by family and friends, in the laughter echoing from cherished memories, and in the love that continues to bind those he left behind.
The Pizzimenti family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Madison Pointe Care Center for the compassionate care and support provided during Bartolo’s final days. A celebration of Bart’s life will be held at a future date, where family and friends will gather to honor the extraordinary life of a man who was truly loved by all.

I will forever adore you my beloved Godfather! I’m so proud to have been able to to call you Uncle! Thank you for being such an awesome inspiration to those of us who had the opportunity to raise children with the respect and love that you blessed us with! I’m so happy to have my first born son come home to meet you, singing “Shadappa you face” before his second birthday, upon rescuing him from an awful beginning! Thank you for being so special that you were known before a person could even be introduced to you! I’ll love you forever, dear Uncle!
